本世纪末,科学的飞跃使发达国家的人均寿命增加了好几岁。 尽管科学家们还满怀信心地预言,再过一个世纪,让人的平均寿命延长到120至130岁将不是难事。但是当今在世的人谁也赶不上这样的好时光。 人们在千方百计使自己长寿时,千万不要忘记重要的一条:将预期寿命与寿命区分开来。大多数老年医学家认为,在没有明显疾病以及不发生事故的情况下,男女正常平均寿命都已达到85岁。
