用气液驱动的传动型式代替蒸汽—空气传动是锻锤技术改造的根本方向。本文对研制气动液压锤中的锤头打击速度的选择、节能机理和节能措施,液压系统的设计及微型计算机控制等问题作了具体的论述,并提出气动液压锤研制中应遵循的设计原则。
Using gas-liquid drive instead of steam-air transmission is the fundamental direction of technological transformation forging hammer. This paper elaborates on the selection of hammerhead strike speed, energy-saving mechanism and energy-saving measures, the design of hydraulic system and the microcomputer control in the development of pneumatic hydraulic hammers, and puts forward the design principles to be followed in the development of pneumatic hydraulic hammers.
