吉林省马铃薯播种面积为120～140万亩,80％种植中晚熟品种。马铃薯是北方城乡居民秋、冬、春三季无农药残毒的主要蔬菜种类之一,贮藏和食用期长达8～9个月。同时,中晚熟土豆又是我省加工制粉面、粉条(丝)的主要原料。培育出高产、淀粉含量高、食味好的中晚熟马铃薯新品种,对发展我省马铃薯生产、满足人民生活对品质的要求,促进农副产品加工企业的发展、增加经济效益都起着积极的作用。
Jilin Province sown potato area of 120 to 140 acres, 80% planted in the late-maturing varieties. Potato is one of the main types of vegetables without pesticide residues in autumn, winter and spring in northern urban and rural areas. Its storage and edible period is as long as 8 to 9 months. At the same time, the late-maturing potatoes is the province’s processing of noodles, vermicelli (silk) the main raw material. Breeding new varieties of middle and late maturing potato with high yield, high starch content and good taste will play a positive role in developing potato production in our province, meeting the quality requirements of people’s life, promoting the development of agricultural and sideline product processing enterprises and increasing economic benefits.
