Testes-specific protease 50 (TSP50) was found to be highly overexpressed in many kinds ofcancer cells and tissues, and our previous results had suggested that it could promote cellproliferation and tumorigenesis partially through activation of the NF-κB signalling pathway, however, whether TSP50 is also involved in proliferation-inhibiting signal is not wellunderstood.
