Plant Rho GTPases (ROPs) are crucial for the establishment of cell polarity and for controlling responses to hormones and environmental signals in plants(3-5).The activation of GDP-bound inactive form of ROP into GTP-bound active form is predominantly mediated by ROP Guanine Nucleotide Exchange Factors (RopGEFs).
