瘦肉型猪母系大白猪繁殖性能的选育

在瘦肉型猪生产体系中专门化母系的繁殖性能是决定生产效率的关键因素,本文简要介绍了中山白石猪场近年来培育大白猪新品系过程中,综合运用场内遗传评估和基因检测技术,将常规育种技术与分子遗传学技术结合运用于猪新品系的培育.经过6个世代的选育,纯种公猪的日增重、瘦肉率和饲料报酬的遗传进展分别达到25.7％、19﹪和25.8﹪,纯种母猪这三个指标的遗传进展分别达到26.1﹪、19.3﹪和25﹪,窝产活仔数提高了0.9头,从整体上提高了养猪生产的效率.个体育种值评估的结果表明,群体遗传性能基本上得到了持续的改进,特别是总产仔数在近两年有较大幅度的改进,反映了在常规育种中运用基因检测信息进行辅助选择是有效的.

采用微卫星DNA标记研究中国地方猪种遗传多样性
