Modulated design of LED luminaire is an emerging trend for inter-changeability concern.For spotlight module design,heatsink is typically separated from the light source.During the module assembling,it is crucial to ensure a good compressive contact between the hot surface and the heat sink.Industrial experiences on spotlight modules revealed that effective heat conduction cannot be guarantee when the compressive load at the contact interfaces is less than 25 N.
