　　Integration of LEDs on flexible substrates is applied for flexible lighting and displaying.The flexible lighting is usually formed by welding the LED lamp beads to the flexible foil substrates.The flexible backlights displaying are made by integration LEDs immediately on the flexible foil substrates,while these LEDs are integrated unpackaged.Whether the flexible are applied for lighting or displaying,the heat design is the main factor for the service life.At the same time,flexible products require bending and folding requirements,so the interconnection must satisfy certain mechanical reliability.
