　　Objective: To prepare effective drug delivery systems and investigate the combined suppression effect of anti-microRNA-21(anti-miR-21),doxorubicin(DOX)and photothermal therapy of gold nanocages(AuNCs)on hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)in vitro.Methods: AuNCs and DOX-loaded AuNCs(DAuNCs),which surfaces were modified,possessed positive charge.They could condense anti-miR-21.The delivery systems were called anti-miR-21/AuNC and anti-miR-21/DAuNC respectively.
