The traditional ring spinning frame usually drives the roller, spindle, lifting and other motions by a motor via mechanism, but now the intelligent and digital ring spinning frame with electric spindles changes it, the machine adopts the new motor driving and controlling systems: drive each spindle individually by single spindle motor;drive the roller and lifting motion separately by servo motor;control the operation of complete machine with PCC and modem BUS technology to realize the technical performances such as high speed, intelligence, high quality, high efficiency and low consumption during the spinning.
