目的研究毛黄堇药材的生药学特征。方法作者在植物分类学方法鉴定的基础上对毛黄堇Corydalis tomentella Franch.药材的性状鉴别特征包括根、根茎、叶柄的横切面显微特征和药材根、根茎、叶及花的粉末显微特征进行了研究,使用HPLC法对药材的主要成分进行分析。结果以图文形式详细记录了毛黄堇药材的性状、组织和粉末显微特征,明确了毛黄堇药材的性状及显微特征;采用HPLC法分析其指标性成分为脱氢为卡丁。结论首次对毛黄堇药材的生药学特征进行研究,为日后工作中毛黄堇药材和饮片的鉴别提供依据、为其人工驯化工作的评价提供参考并且为该药材的进一步开发利用及质量标准的提升提供了理论依据。
Objective To study the pharmacognosy characteristics of Curcuma longa. Methods The authors identified the traits of Corydalis tomentella Franch. Conclusion For the first time, the pharmacognosy characteristics of the medicinal materials of Pistacia chinense were studied, which provided the basis for the identification of Medicago trichosanthes medicinal herbs and Pieces in future work, provided a reference for the evaluation of its artificial domestication, and provided a reference for the further development and utilization of the medicinal materials Provide a theoretical basis for ascension.
