Scientific and scientific management of scientific research is an important way for hospitals to improve the level of medical technology and medical equipment. It is of great significance for improving the conversion rate of scientific research achievements, innovating the scientific research evaluation mode, and updating the scientific management concept. The article analyzes the existing problems in the research management of modern hospitals and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of modern hospital scientific research management.
