随着市场经济和第三产业的发展,我们不难发现在一些城镇中“破墙开店”的浪潮正以迅猛之势席卷而来,五花八门的沿街店铺竞相冒出,成为街道两侧的“风景线”,条条街道都充满了浓厚的商业气息。诚然,这种沿街店铺的确为某些单位和住户赢得了一定的经济效益,方便了周边居民,活跃了城镇生活,但沿街店铺的无序建设却使城镇街道建设步入了某种误区,许多单位争相效仿。笔者认为,对这种现象再不进行治理,并加以正确有效的引导,将严重妨碍城镇的健康发展,究其弊端,有以下几个方面。 一、破坏街道景观,影响市容市貌 由于沿街单位(或住户)经济实力和审美观念的差异,店铺门面往往被装饰得五花八门,有的甚至蓬头垢面,加上部分经营者城镇意识较差,垃圾、污物乱扔乱倒现象时有发生,严重影响了市容市貌。还有,城镇街道
