日前,嘉定区市场监管局已对上海福喜食品有限公司依法警告、没收违法生产的食品、没收违法所得、罚款1698.4万元、吊销和注销相关食品生产许可证的行政处罚。徐汇区市场监管局已对上海福喜食品有限公司的上级公司欧喜投资(中国)有限公司做出警告、罚款730.1万元等行政处罚。两公司罚款合计人民币2428.5万元。
