创先争优活动开展以来,山东省烟台市芝罘区编办以深化行政体制改革,为全区经济社会发展提供强有力的体制机制保障为目标,不断加强机构编制管理,稳妥推进各项改革,注重加强自身建设,深入推进创先争优活动。一、把创先争优落实到加强机构编制管理上为实现机构编制管理制度化、程序化、规范化,芝罘区编办下大气力不断加强和改进机构编制的日常管理。
