美国贝尔通信研究院(Bclleoro)光子器件部主任李天培博士于1989年9月来到上海,应中国科学院上海冶金研究所微电子部邀请,作了一次演讲。李博士是国际闻名的光电子器件专家。这次讲题是有关光纤通信高速传输系统用的最新半导体单频激光管,和相干光纤通信外差检测用的以及分组交换、波分交换用的可调谐单频激光管,这些激光管都是有待继续深入研究的新技术。
Dr. Li Tianpei, director of Photonic Devices Department of BELLELLO COMMUNICATIONS INSTITUTE (Bclleoro) came to Shanghai in September 1989 and gave a speech at the invitation of the Microelectronics Division of Shanghai Institute of Metallurgy, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Dr. Lee is an internationally renowned optoelectronic device specialist. This talk is about the latest semiconductor single-frequency laser tube used in high-speed optical fiber communication system, the tunable single-frequency laser tube for coherent optical fiber communication heterodyne detection and packet switching and wavelength switching, all of which are New technologies to be further studied.
