新形势下的士兵对基本权益保障有新要求。随着大规模征集高校毕业生入伍服义务兵役,士兵权益保障愈将成为一个突出问题。必须研究新的历史环境中士兵的需求,切实解决干部对士兵的根本态度,加快建章立制,加强士兵的思想教育,确实把士兵的基本权益保障好。
Soldiers in the New Situation Have New Requirements for the Protection of Basic Rights and Interests. With the large-scale recruitment of college graduates entering compulsory military service, the protection of the rights and interests of soldiers will become a prominent issue more. We must study the needs of soldiers in the new historical environment, conscientiously solve the fundamental attitude of cadres to soldiers, speed up establishing rules and regulations and strengthening the ideological education of soldiers, so as to safeguard the fundamental rights and interests of soldiers.
