采用搅拌摩擦焊技术实现了4 mm厚AA6061-T4铝合金板材的对接,研究了焊接速度和搅拌头旋转速度对焊缝成形、显微组织及接头拉伸强度的影响。结果表明:AA6061在较宽范围的焊接速度和旋转速度下可获得良好的成形且无明显的缺陷;焊核区细小的等轴晶是接头强度较高的主要原因,接头抗拉强度随着焊接速度和旋转速度的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势,当焊接速度为180 mm/min、旋转速度为1200 r/min时可得到接头强度为母材的95%;断口处存在局部的Mg2Si团聚。
The 4 mm thick AA6061-T4 aluminum alloy plate was joined by friction stir welding. The effects of welding speed and rotating speed of the mixing head on the forming, microstructure and tensile strength of the joint were studied. The results show that AA6061 is well formed and has no obvious defects under a wide range of welding speed and rotation speed. The small equiaxed grain in the nugget nucleus is the main reason for the higher joint strength. The joint tensile strength increases with the welding When the welding speed is 180 mm / min and the rotation speed is 1200 r / min, the joint strength can be obtained as 95% of the base metal; there is a local Mg2Si agglomeration.
