为什么大家对孙大午的案子如此关心?因为它标志着支持正义的斗争在中国现在的状况下能否得到成功。孙大午犯了什么罪?表面上看是违反了我国金融管制的规定,但实际上,就拿金融管制规定来看,非但没有使任何人受损,倒是有许多人得益,这样的社会行为如果算是犯罪,我们就要质疑我们的法规是不是有值得修订的需要。孙大午错就错在干了一件“违法”的“好事”。法律的修订是根据社会发展而改进的,中国的整个改革过程就是不断冲破各种不合理的束缚,我个人建议,应该允许已经做得很好的民间金融机构继续经营。孙大午案在一定的意义上具有典型性。我相信大多数企业家都是遵纪守法的,但是也会有局部的地方,会有些不合理的环境,如果一个企业家太坚持原则,不懂变通,也许就会面临各种各样的麻烦;相反,如果变通就俗,就能舒服过日子。
