以6个不同熟性加工番茄品系为试材,在每个品系的第2穗花开放时做出标记,在开花后的第45天果实定个初红时第1次取样,采用国标法分别测试果实的主要品质指标,每7d取样1次,比较6个品系主要品质性状动态变化情况,用方差分析法对比了各品质最优值与常规测试时间第80天的值,从而得出各品系主要品质最优值的出现时间。结果表明:番茄红素含量最大值出现在第66天,可溶性固形物含量最大值出现在第59天,可滴定酸含量最小值出现在第80天,单果重含量最大值出现在第66天,干物质含量最大值出现在第80天,a/b色差比最大值出现在第66天。在各品质出现峰值时进行测试,以期为不同加工番茄新品种选育的最佳时间提供参考。
Six different maturing tomato lines were used as test materials to mark the second flower of each line when they were open.
