社会经济日益发展,农村青壮年不断涌入城市谋生,致使农村留守儿童增多,给农村的教育教学工作带来了一定的困扰。为做好留守儿童的教育管理工作,教育工作者特别是班主任需要付出辛勤劳动,关注留守儿童的身心发展变化,及时进行教育引导,才能更好地促进其健康成长。本文探讨了班级留守儿童的教育管理策略,以期能为相关教育工作者提供借鉴。
With the growing social and economic development, the continuous influx of young and middle-aged rural people into cities has led to an increase in the number of left-behind children in rural areas, which has brought some distress to the education and teaching work in rural areas. In order to do a good job in educating and managing left-behind children, educators, especially class teachers, need to exert their hard work, keep an eye on the physical and psychological changes of left-behind children, and conduct timely education and guidance so as to better promote their healthy growth. This article explores the educational management strategies of left-behind children in class so as to provide reference for relevant educators.
