我国为了更好的促进经济建设目标的尽早实现,将国有企业的改革放在了首要位置,因为只有不断的深化国有企业的改革才能真正的促进其在现今以及后续的经营中良好的发展下去,进而实际的带动我国经济的长久不衰。而对于国有企业来讲在进行改革的过程中尤其是要注重对公司制的改革。本文正是基于此就现今公司制的主要内容进行着手分析,在此基础对国有企业中进行公司制改革依然存在的问题进行研究分析,最后就其中问题给与一定的发展对策或者是建议以期为后续关于国有企业方面以及公司制方面的研究提供理论上的参考依据。
In order to realize the goal of economic construction as soon as possible, our country has put the reform of state-owned enterprises at the top of the list. Only by continuously deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises can we really promote the sound development of the state-owned enterprises and their follow-up operations. Which in turn leads our economy to last forever. For the state-owned enterprises, the reform of the reform process should pay particular attention to the reform of the company system.
