随着我国经济的发展和社会结构的变革,党建工作模式正向市场经济时期现代企业制度下的党建工作模式转变。为此,如何推进企业党建科学化,并以此提升企业核心竞争力,值得深思。
With the development of our economy and the change of social structure, the party construction work mode is changing to the party construction work mode under the modern enterprise system during the market economy. Therefore, it is worth pondering over how to promote the scientific party building and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
