硒/碲化物纳米晶作为重要的无机半导体材料,在太阳能电池、发光二极管、生物标记、光热治疗等领域展现出巨大的应用前景.随着“绿色化学”、“绿色纳米科学”等概念的建立与发展,人们在追求硒/碲化物纳米晶的种类、合成方法以及功能多样化的同时,开始关注合成过程是否环境友好.结合本课题组的工作,本文以原料前驱体制备为主线,对近年来发展的硒/碲化物纳米晶绿色胶体合成方法进行归纳总结,着重介绍了油相无膦合成和水相-室温合成方法,旨在讨论硒/碲化物纳米晶绿色合成面临的问题,为合成方法创新提供新的思路.
