随着医院发展规模的不断扩大、信息技术的迅猛发展,图书馆的发展建设迫在眉睫。特别是军队中小型医院图书馆的馆藏和服务已不能满足医院日益发展的需求。目前已有越来越多的学者予以关注。笔者认为依靠军队中小型医院的显著特性,建军队特色馆藏、提供特色服务、不断加强软硬件资源建设和人才建设是一条行之有效的发展途径。
With the continuous expansion of the scale of hospital development, the rapid development of information technology, the development and construction of libraries is imminent. In particular, the collection and services of military small and medium-sized hospital libraries have failed to meet the growing needs of the hospital. At present, more and more scholars pay attention to it. The author believes that relying on the distinctive characteristics of small and medium sized military hospitals, building military special collections and providing distinctive services, it is an effective way to continuously improve the construction of hardware and software resources and the construction of qualified personnel.
