目的:研究他汀类药物用于2型糖尿病心血管并发症防治中的临床效果。方法:选取我院2014年6月~2015年12月收治的2型糖尿病患者100例为研究对象,将其随机分为观察与对照两组,对照组患者采用阿司匹林进行治疗,观察组采用他汀类药物进行治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白以及高密度脂蛋白优于对照组。结论:他汀类药物用于2型糖尿病心血管并发症防治中的临床效果显著,在临床上值得广泛推广。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of statins in the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus cardiovascular complications. Methods: A total of 100 type 2 diabetic patients admitted from June 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into observation and control groups. Patients in the control group were treated with aspirin. Patients in the observation group were treated with statins Drug treatment, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical treatment. Results: After treatment, the total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein in the observation group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion: The clinical effect of statins in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular complications of type 2 diabetes is significant and is worthy of wide application in clinic.
