提高党员干部的素质,确保政治上的坚定性和思想道德上的纯洁性。我认为,应从以下几个方面去努力。 一、不断深化“特色理论”的学习,把树立坚定正确的理想信念,作为思想道德建设、培养高素质干部队伍的基础。 二、正确处理做“官”和做“人”的关系,把全心全意为人民服务作为思想道德建设、培养高素质干部队伍的方向。党员干部特别是党员领导干部必须把全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,作为衡量思想道德行为的基本准则,始终保持一个共产党员的政治本色和人格尊严。 三、自觉坚持道德修养,把“做老实人、说老实话、办老实事”作为思想道德建设、培养高素质干部队伍的核心。 四、自觉抵制酒绿灯红的影响
