近年来,随着我国会计制度的改革与发展,以及部队会计制度、财务制度的改革和医疗保险制度的逐步建立,给医院经营管理带来了很大影响。医院财务人员管理工作有越来越多的激烈的挑战和问题,因此对于医院财务人员管理制度在的问题进行分析具有重要的意义。现阶段的医院财务人员管理工作需要日益满足社会快速的发展变化,只有这样才能保持社会的安定和和谐。与此同时也对医院财务人员的素质提出了很严格的要求。本文首先介绍了医院财务人员职业道德建设的发展状况,第二部分详细分析了我国现阶段医院财务人员职业道德建设所存在的各种问题,以及问题产生的原因,最后针对医院财务人员职业道德建设所存在的各种问题,提出了应对措施,以提高医院财务人员职业道德建设。
