在现有机车车辆圆柱螺旋弹簧试验标准的基础上,针对CRH2动车组轴箱弹簧的特点,利用疲劳理论确定了该弹簧的疲劳试验方案,即在弹簧表面质量完好的情况下,疲劳试验次数达到300万次后,弹簧未发生断裂,可判定其合格。研究表明,该方案可以作为CRH2动车组轴箱弹簧进行产品质量检验的疲劳试验依据。
On the basis of the existing test standards of cylindrically coiled springs for locomotives and rolling mills, the fatigue test program of the spring for the CRH2 was set up according to the characteristics of the axle box springs of CRH2. That is, under the condition of good spring surface quality, 3000000 times, the spring did not fracture, can be judged qualified. The research shows that the scheme can be used as the fatigue test basis for product quality inspection of axle box spring of CRH2 EMU.
