随着社会经济的不断发展,城市建筑需求量逐渐增大,但城市用地越来越少,民用建筑却越来越多,特别是民用高层建筑成为城市建筑的趋势。电气设计作为民用建筑的重要组成部分,直接影响着建筑工程的质量。要保证民用建筑电气设计的质量,就需要根据民用建筑的特点,对电气设计的要点进行详细的分析。本文主要分析了民用建筑电气设计的特点,民用建筑电气设计的要点以及需要注意的事项,希望能为民用建筑的电气设计提供一定的帮助。
With the continuous development of society and economy, the demand for urban construction is gradually increasing. However, less and less urban land is used and more and more civilian buildings are used, especially the civil high-rise buildings have become the trend of urban construction.
