随着新农村建设的加快、农村综合改革的深入以及民生工程的实施,农村基层组织迎来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。主要表现在:一是部分农村党支部的战斗堡垒作用不强,工作思路不清,对上级布置的工作消极应付。
With the acceleration of the construction of new countryside, the deepening of comprehensive rural reform and the implementation of people’s livelihood projects, rural grassroots organizations have ushered in unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Mainly manifested in: First, part of the rural party branches fighting fortress is not strong, unclear work ideas, negative arrangements for the work arranged by superiors.
