四川省凉山彝族自治州是全国重要的战略性优质烟叶基地、全国市州级第二大烟叶产区。近年来,凉山烟草紧紧围绕“卷烟上水平”战略任务,解放思想,攻坚克难,开拓创新,走出了一条现代烟草农业科技创新之路。坚持标准化生产。2011年,凉山启动了全国优质烤烟标准化示范州建设。编制了《凉山清甜香优质烤烟综合标准体系》,标准化措施全面覆盖烟叶生产产前、产中和产后各个环节,为烟叶标准化生产提供技术和法规支撑。
