目的:探讨安全管理在护理管理中的应用体会,为临床提供借鉴参考。方法:选取本院2013年12月至2016年12月收治的患者40例,以2013年12月至2015年5月安全护理管理改革前的20例为对照组,以2015年6月至2016年12月安全护理管理改革后的20例为观察组,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组医疗护理质量测评得分明显高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院期间的护理不良事件及患者投诉率明显低于对照组;患者满意度结果比较,观察组明显优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理运用安全管理,一方面能够使患者的住院时间缩短,减少不安全因素,另一方面还能使患者满意度提高。
Objective: To explore the application of safety management in nursing management and provide reference for clinical application. Methods: Totally 40 patients were admitted from December 2013 to December 2016 in our hospital. Twenty patients before the safety nursing management reform from December 2013 to May 2015 were selected as the control group. From June 2015 to 2016 December safety nursing management reform after the 20 cases for the observation group, comparing the two groups of nursing effects. Results: The score of medical nursing quality evaluation in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The adverse events and complaint rate in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group The results of the comparison, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the comparison between groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of safety management in clinical nursing can not only shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the unsafe factors, but also improve patient satisfaction on the one hand.
