对于高中数学教师而言,自身专业成长是与教学促进学生成长具有同等重要性的大事。将教学反思落到实处,要注意积累经验和智慧反思两个方面。前者是教学过程中对知识发生过程的一种认识,后者是用心领悟反思的结果。仅就教学反思的内涵、意义及实现方法做了初步探讨。
For high school mathematics teachers, their professional growth is a major event that is as important as teaching to promote students’ growth. Reflect the teaching of reflection, we must pay attention to the accumulation of experience and wisdom to reflect on two aspects. The former is an understanding of the process of knowledge in the teaching process, the latter is the result of introspection reflect. The connotation, meaning and realization method of teaching reflection are discussed briefly.
