根据最新国际标准ASTM-7309 2013,提出了裂解燃烧微型量热仪的整体设计解决方案。介绍了裂解燃烧微型量热仪的测量原理,并对整体方案进行了拆分,着重阐述了裂解燃烧微型量热仪各子系统的具体实现方法。在实际开发过程中,以该整体方案设计作为指导研发的仪器完全满足标准要求。仪器通过对若干已知相关性质参数的材料进行重复性测试,实验数据表明,该仪器具有较强的实用性,整体设计解决方案科学有效,可以用作仪器开发的解决方案。
According to the latest international standard ASTM-7309 2013, the overall design solution for pyrolysis combustion microcalorimeter is proposed. The measurement principle of pyrolytic combustion microcalorimeter is introduced, and the overall scheme is disassembled. The concrete realization of each subsystem of pyrolytic combustion microcalorimeter is emphatically described. In the actual development process, the overall program design as a guide to develop the instrument fully meet the standard requirements. The instrument tests the repeatability of several materials with known relevant property parameters. The experimental data show that the instrument has strong practicability and the overall design solution is scientifically effective and can be used as a solution for instrument development.
