在精密机床中,主轴组实质上是一种执行回转运动的导轨系统,它引导主轴围绕着一个轴线作回转运动。设计诸要求的回转精度、刚度、热稳定性和抗振性中,回转精度尤为重要。如何提高回转精度,笔者提出以下看法,供参考。一、减小或消除间隙影响设计可调间隙轴承轴承间隙对主轴回转精度有很大影响,它除了对主轴在外力作用下发生位移产生圆跳动外,还会使主轴回转轴线产生复杂的周期运动。 (1)内外滚道圆度引起的。影响情况见下例;设车床主轴前轴承采用3182120型轴承,装配后椭圆包络线长径2α=113mm,短径2b=112.99mm,径向圆跳动与间隙的关系见图1。径向
