当前我国农村社会正处于加速转型时期。由于农村社会利益分化、控制类型分化、群体分化、人们思想观念分化 ,导致了农村社会组织分化。分化了的和正在分化的农村社会组织在整体上呈现出发展程度低、多元化、长期共存和功能互补等特征。分析这些 ,有助于发挥农村社会组织在转型期的整合功能 ,更好地整合农村社会 ,使其良性发展
At present, the rural society in our country is in an accelerated transition period. Due to the differentiation of social interests in rural areas, the differentiation of control types, the differentiation of groups and the differentiation of people’s ideas led to the differentiation of rural social organizations. The differentiated and differentiating rural social organizations are characterized by a low level of development, diversification, long-term coexistence and complementary functions as a whole. Analysis of these will help to bring into play the integration function of rural social organizations during the transition period, better integrate rural society and make it sound development
