市国资委党委系统先进性教育活动第二批总结暨第三批动员大会上,市委常委、组织部长、市国资委党委书记姜斯完发表重要讲话,着重讲了两个方面的问题。一是回顾总结全系统第二批先进性教育活动,二是深入贯彻党的十六届五中全会和市委八届八次全会精神,坚持以科学发展观统领全局,深化先进性教育活动。现将姜斯宪同志讲话的主要内容予以刊载,以供学习。
Municipal SASAC party committee advanced system of educational activities second batch cum third mobilization meeting, Municipal Committee, Minister of Organization, Municipal Committee of the SASAC secretary of the party made an important speech, focusing on two aspects. One is to review and summarize the second batch of system-wide advanced education activities; the other is to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee and the Eighth Plenary Session of the Eighth Central Committee of the Party Committee, and insist on using the Scientific Outlook on Development to guide the overall situation and deepen the educational campaign on advanced nature.
