目的：研究尖海龙中甾体类化合物的活性。方法：观察从尖海龙中分得的化合物Sy1～Sy4对小鼠离体心肌细胞收缩率和收缩力（幅度）的影响。结果：Sy1、Sy2具有显著降低心肌细胞的收缩率，对收缩力有加强作用；Sy3、Sy4对收缩率作用不明显，但对收缩力有加强作用。结论：尖海龙中甾体类化合物可能是其活性成分之一。
Objective: To study the activity of steroidal compounds in Radix Auratus. METHODS: The effects of Sy1-Sy4 fractions on the contraction rate and contraction force (amplitude) of isolated myocardial cells in mice were observed. RESULTS: Sy1 and Sy2 significantly decreased the contraction rate of cardiomyocytes and enhanced the contractile force. Sy3 and Sy4 had no obvious effect on the contraction rate, but had a stronger effect on contractility. Conclusion: The steroidal compounds in Radix spicata may be one of its active ingredients.
