本文从研究镗床主轴回转误差运动出发,推导出镗削加工中镗刀安装角与镗削截面廓形的定量关系。从而可以优选安装角,以获得最佳的加工效果,这一做法的实质是:镗刀安装角的改变,使镗削中的动态切削力矢量相对主轴(主轴误差运动矢量)的方位变化,在最佳方位时将产生良好的镗削加工效果,实际应用中可以通过主轴回转误差的测量和评定来实现最佳安装角的选择。
In this paper, starting from the study of the turning error of the main shaft of the boring machine, the quantitative relationship between the boring angle of the boring tool and the profile of the boring section in boring machining is deduced. So that the installation angle can be optimized to obtain the best machining effect. The essence of this method is that the change of the mounting angle of the boring tool changes the orientation of the dynamic cutting force vector in the boring relative to the main axis (main axis error motion vector) The best azimuth will produce a good boring process results, the actual application can be measured by the spindle rotation error and assessment to achieve the best choice of installation angle.
