近年来,在工商总局的关心指导下,上海市工商局遵循“政府监管、企业自律和社会监督合作共治”的直销监管理念,注重加强事前防范,强化事中事后监管,引导企业自律,注重信用监管,不断致力于监管执法和规范引导两手抓,直销监管工作取得一定成效。一、上海直销监管概况(一)直销监管机构直销监管和打击传销是工商机关的一项重要职能。2009年9月,上海市工商局设立直销监管和打击传销处(简称直销处),配备专职干部6名。在区县层面,由各区县市场监管局、工商分局公平交易部门行使直销监管和打击传销职能。
