江永县针对享受公费医疗结核病人的现状及特点,自1988年起,因地制宜制定了一套管理措施。现将实施3年的结果报告如下。一、实施前状况①半数以上病人有不同程度的过治现象。②因受门诊医药费定额包干的限制,94.7％的病人住院治疗。③因未指定就诊点,不便管理,致使平均治愈1例肺结核费用达623元。二、管理措施和方法①清理已知病人:首先对已登记病例进行清查,以痰检结果为继续治疗的主要依据。②归口治疗:指定防疫站结防科所设的结防专科
