目的:探讨直接数字化X线摄影中的双能量减影技术对肺部小结节性病变的诊断价值。方法:对50例DR检查时发现肺部小结节性病变的患者进行DR双能量减影检查,将普通DR图像与双能量图像作对比分析,评价两者对肺部小结节的显示情况。结果:双能量减影图像能更清晰的显示肺小结节,并能准确区分肺内、肺外结节,而且能对结节病变的内部结构显示更为清楚。结论:DR双能量减影技术可以有效地去除胸廓骨组织影的遮挡影响,显著提高肺部小结节的检出率,减少误诊。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of dual-energy subtraction in direct digital radiography for the diagnosis of small pulmonary nodular lesions. Methods: 50 patients with small pulmonary nodular lesions were examined by DR dual-energy subtraction. The images of common DR and dual-energy images were compared to evaluate the performance of both small nodules in the lung . Results: The dual-energy subtraction images can show the nodules of the lung more clearly, and can distinguish the pulmonary and extrapulmonary nodules accurately, and can reveal the internal structure of the nodules more clearly. Conclusion: DR dual-energy subtraction technique can effectively remove the occlusion of thoracic bone tissue shadow, significantly improve the detection rate of small pulmonary nodules and reduce misdiagnosis.
