随着我国高校就业问题的日趋严峻,如果完善现有高职院校的就业服务体系得到了更多的关注。在本文中,笔者将通过对目前我国高职院校的教学建设实际情况进行分析,就其存在的问题,来进行对就业指导课程的完善,就其开展的形式来说,主要指:就业指导课程来实现辅导教学、多样化的培养活动、创新培养方式、提高专业化的开展水平、做好后续的就业跟踪调查。
