应用免疫金银染色法（ＩＧＳＳ）和免疫酶染色法（ＩＥＳ）对日本血吸虫３ｌ／３２ＫＤ分子抗原进行了比较定位研究。结果证实了日本血吸虫３１／３２ＫＤ抗原是一种肠相关抗原，并进一步验证了常规制备的单特异抗血清用于抗原分析和来源定位的可行性。
Immuno-silver staining (IGSS) and immunoenzymatic staining (IES) were used to compare the localization of the 3 / 32KD antigen of Schistosoma japonicum. The results confirmed that the 31 / 32KD antigen of Schistosoma japonicum was an intestinal-related antigen and further verified the feasibility of routinely prepared monospecific antisera for antigen analysis and source localization.
