上海医药行业协会根据国家经贸委赋予行业协会的职能,为了建立和规范行业与企业的自律机制,规范行业与企业的自我管理行为,促进企业平等竞争,提高行业整体素质,维护行业与企业的合法利益,使全行业生产经营及有关企业更加自觉地遵守国家的各项法律、法规、法令和政策,发扬自主、自律、自强精神,倡导良好的行业风尚和企业声誉,依照《中华人民共和国药品管理法》及国家有关法律、法规,特制订了《上海医药行业行规行约》,并已提交协会第四届第一次会员大会审议通过。该规约对全体会员单位和本市药品
According to the functions of the industry association given by the State Economic and Trade Commission, the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Industry Association aims to establish and regulate the self-discipline mechanism of the industry and the enterprise, standardize the self-management behavior of the industry and the enterprise, promote the equal competition of enterprises, improve the overall quality of the industry, and safeguard the legality of the industry and the enterprise. The interests will enable the entire industry’s production and management and related companies to more consciously abide by the country’s laws, regulations, decrees and policies, promote the spirit of self-reliance, self-discipline, and self-improvement, and advocate good industry fashion and corporate reputation, in accordance with the “Drug Administration of the People’s Republic of China The “Law” and related laws and regulations of the state have specially formulated the “Measures for the Sights of the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Industry”, which has been submitted to the fourth general meeting of the Association for approval.
