目的 研究芪栀消炎颗粒的镇痛作用。方法 芪栀消炎颗粒 (16、8、4 g·kg-1·d-1,7d)ig ,采用小鼠扭体法、小鼠福尔马林实验、小鼠热水缩尾法及小鼠热板法。结果 芪栀消炎颗粒可明显抑制小鼠扭体反应 ,抑制小鼠福尔马林实验Ⅱ相反应 ,可延长小鼠热水缩尾时间和热板舔足反应潜伏期 ,且呈一定的量效关系。结论 芪栀消炎颗粒具有明显的镇痛作用 ,且对化学性刺激模型的镇痛效果较物理性刺激模型效果好
Objective To study the analgesic effects of anti-inflammatory anti-inflammatory particles. Methods The anti-inflammatory particles (16,8,4 g·kg-1·d-1,7d) ig were treated with the mouse writhing method, mouse formalin test, mouse hot water shrinking tail method and mice. Hot plate method. Results The anti-inflammatory particles inhibited the writhing response of mice, inhibited phase II response of formalin test in mice, prolonged the hot water contraction time of mice and latency of hot plate lameness reaction, and showed a certain dose-effect relationship. . Conclusion 芪栀Anti-inflammatory particles have obvious analgesic effect, and the analgesic effect of chemical stimulation model is better than the physical stimulation model.
