男性幼儿教师职业认同现状及对策研究

随着社会的发展,男幼师对幼儿学习和生活的重要性逐渐凸显,受到社会的高度关注。但实际工作中男幼师数量少且存在严重的流失现象,这些问题归根结底都源于男性幼儿教师对自己的职业没有认同感。本研究通过问卷调查,对男幼师职业认同进行了深入分析。结果显示,男幼师的职业认同受自身、家庭、社会等众多因素影响,为了帮助他们更好地融入幼儿园、认同幼教行业,同时也促进幼儿更好地成长,我们需要从法律政策、工作环境、工资待遇等多方面为男性幼儿教师搭建更好的、发展空间更大的平台。 With the development of society, the importance of male kindergarten teachers in young children’s learning and daily life has gradually become prominent and has drawn great attention from the society. However, there are few male kindergarten teachers in actual work and there is a serious loss phenomenon. All these problems come from the fact that male kindergarten teachers do not agree with their own job. Through the questionnaire survey, this study conducted an in-depth analysis of the male kindergarten teacher’s professional identity. The results show that the male kindergarten teacher’s professional identity is affected by many factors such as self, family and society. In order to help them better integrate into kindergarten, identify the kindergarten and promote the children’s better growth, we need to learn from the legal policies and working environment , Wages and other aspects of male kindergarten teachers to build a better, more room for development.
