随着技术的不断发展,在许多公司、企业中的设备、机房等处对温度的要求越来越高,且通常为无人值守。正常情况下一般要求机组为24小时不间断工作、周期轮换工作控制、来电自启动控制、故障报警及通讯、故障切换等,基本可满足工况需求。一般双机切换器中的故障切换多采用设定温度切换,即根据设定温度然后设定上偏差值,当工作机故障时,环境温度升高,一旦达到设定上偏差值温度时自动切换另外一台空调机机工作。这种故障切换不是实时切换,而是会随着设定的偏差值的大小来改变切换时间。因此,在实际工作中客户往往要求故障实时切换,而非温度切换。本文就故障切换电路中的实时切换电路改造进行研究探讨。
