目的充分发挥护士在CT室工作中的作用,减少医患纠纷。方法探讨医患纠纷发生的相关因素:服务意识和技术操作因素;制度和管理因素;相关科室因素;社会因素。防范措施加强护士职业道德和服务意识;提高穿刺技术水平;加强CT室的环境管理;严格执行查对制度;维护患者的知情同意权;保护患者的隐私和安全;加强相关科室间的沟通。结果患者满意度调查显示:2010年6月-2011年5月,CT室患者满意度96%,2010年6月以前患者满意度为85%。结论护士在CT室医患纠纷防范中担当了重要的角色。
Objective To give full play to nurses’ role in the work of CT room and reduce the disputes between doctors and patients. Methods To discuss the related factors of doctor-patient disputes: service awareness and technical operation factors; system and management factors; related department factors; social factors. Preventive measures to strengthen nurses professional ethics and service awareness; improve the level of puncture techniques; strengthen the CT room environmental management; strict implementation of checking system; to maintain the patient’s informed consent; to protect the privacy and safety of patients; strengthen the communication between relevant departments. Results The patient satisfaction survey showed that the satisfaction rate of patients in CT room was 96% from June 2010 to May 2011, and was 85% before June 2010. Conclusion Nurses played an important role in prevention and treatment of doctors and patients in CT room.
